Alli has been a member of our community for the past 2 years after she joined her husband, Keith, for some workouts and fell in love herself! Alli’s strong endurance background has allowed her to excel within our program, but her biggest improvements have been her strength gains. We all know she crushes the running and cardio workouts, but she has really focused on rounding out her talents with muscular gains as well! Alli led the way last June, rallying our community to compete in DekaFit; her dedication to training for this race was inspiring and pushed us all to work harder and prepare right there with her! We appreciate Alli’s commitment to NoCoast and our community and we look forward to watching her future strength gains and endurance victories :)
Quotes from Alli:
“Previous to NoCoast, I would only do cardio endurance training and I would get bored. Now I look forward to the WODs and appreciate the variety in movements to keep it interesting. As a result, I'm more consistent with my workouts and have become a lot stronger.”
“I began to see results when I committed to a consistent workout schedule. Even if you can only commit to a couple of days per week, start there and build over time.”
