Our Approach
Our mission is to help people of all ages and fitness levels
live a Longer, Stronger, and Healthier Life. We've done this through professional coaching, individualized programming, and a strong, supportive community over the past 12+ years.
Our professional coaches are here to support your health and fitness journey. Our group model allows you to reap the benefits of personal training, which include accountability and support from our community, constantly varied workouts (all you have to do is show up), and professional coaches teaching you to move safely and efficiently. The best part is that this training experience is a fraction of the cost of personal training.
Our Community
Community is our core. It is the heartbeat of NoCoast Fitness!
It is easy to say our workouts are unbeatable (which they are), but the people that you sweat with are what keeps you coming back day in and day out.
As we get older, it can be harder to meet friends and make connections. NoCoast Fitness is filled with loving, caring, like minded individuals that all work together to meet our common goal of bettering ourselves and one another every day.

The Gym
We are a health & fitness facility located in Lafayette, centrally located between Broomfield, Louisville, and Erie.
Our 6000 square foot facility hosts:
- A Recovery Room with a
Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Normatec Boots
- InBody Body Fat Scanner
- Member Lobby & Cool Down area
- Pro Shop featuring SFH Protein, Fit Aid, RxBars, and Apparel
How Do I Get Started?
We know that starting something new and/or making a lifestyle change can be scary, so we want to make this experience as easy as possible for you. For your free trial session, let us know if you'd like to try a class or meet with one of our Coaches for a private 1 on 1.
We want to get to know you & your goals, and more importantly, we want you to get to know us and our approach to health & fitness.
Whether you’re experienced or new to working out, we can tailor each workout to your needs by modifying exercises and reps and
fully individualize your workout as needed.
