At NoCoast Fitness, we offer group classes along with an added strength and conditioning program to help you optimize your health and get you in the
best shape of your life.
What you can expect in our classes

Functional movement is movement that translates into real life. You won't see machines (outside of rowers, bikes, and ski erg) but equipment that you pick up, move, jump over, jump onto, a rig that you pull yourself up on, and wide open space to do it in.

A group environment that is encouraging, motivating, and drives your intensity.

A coach that guides you through each movement, trains you how to do it properly, and encourages you.


Fitness vs Wellness Programs
Our Fitness Program is built on the foundation of functional strength and conditioning — the way we’ve always programmed. It includes all aspects of fitness: weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements.
Each session is coach-led and features a unique workout every day, with varying stimuli and time domains. This constant variation helps prevent plateaus and promotes continuous progress in ways you may have never experienced before.
Our Wellness Program offers a lower-impact alternative by replacing barbells and high-skill gymnastics movements with less technical variations that achieve the same intended stimulus.
This program is ideal for anyone who may feel intimidated by barbells, is managing current or past injuries, has concerns about potential injury, or simply prefers a more accessible option on any given day.
Fitness and wellness sessions are fully interchangeable, allowing you to mix and match them throughout the week - or even within the same day.
We offer our members a variety of scaling options for every workout and exercise. No matter your age or fitness level, we want to meet you where you're at by tailoring each workout to your abilities. Scaling allows anyone and everyone to complete any workout!
NoCoast Strength & Conditioning Program
This program provides additional, targeted training for those looking to enhance specific aspects of their fitness — whether it’s strength, conditioning, or skill development. Designed to complement our regular class workouts. The sessions can be completed before or after class and typically takes just 15-20 minutes.
This is extra programming available to all of our members.


Intensity vs Volume
We value intensity over volume, so the large majority of our sessions have a singular workout. This allows us focus on safe movement through warm ups and skill development.
Managing our volume (amount of work/reps) allows you to maintain intensity, avoid over-use injuries, and keep coming back day in and day out.
