Train like an athlete and build the engine to go the distance. Our HYROX & Endurance class is designed for anyone preparing for a HYROX race, obstacle course event, endurance competition, or simply looking to improve their strength, stamina, and overall work capacity.
Offered 4 days per week, these sessions combine functional strength training, endurance intervals, running, rowing, skiing, and race-inspired workouts to help you perform at your best. Whether you're chasing a HYROX PR, training for a marathon, triathlon, or trail race, or just want a challenging workout that develops both strength and endurance, this class is for you.
Expect purposeful programming, scalable workouts, and expert coaching that will help you move more efficiently, build resilience, and become a stronger, more capable athlete.
