Our mission is to help people of all ages and fitness levels

live a longer, stronger, and healthier life.

We've done this through professional coaching, individualized programming,

and a strong, supportive community over the past 12+ years. 

 

Our professional coaches are here to support your health and fitness journey.

Our group model allows you to reap the benefits of personal training,

which include accountability and support from our community,

constantly varied workouts (all you have to do is show up),

and professional coaches teaching you to move safely and efficiently.

The best part is that this training experience is a

fraction of the cost of personal training.

OUR COMMUNITY

Community is our core. It is the heartbeat of NoCoast!

It is easy to say our workouts are unbeatable (which they are), but the people that you share our space with are what keep you coming back day in and day out.

As we get older, it can be harder and harder to meet friends and make connections. NoCoast is filled with loving, caring, like minded individuals that all work together to meet our common goal of bettering ourselves and one another every day. 

 

We can't wait for you to feel what it is like to be a part of our community!

THE GYM

We are a health & fitness facility located in Lafayette, 

centrally located between Broomfield, Louisville, and Erie.

Our 6000 square foot facility hosts:

- A Recovery Room with a

Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Normatec Boots

- InBody Body Fat Scanner

- Member Lobby & Cool Down area

- Pro Shop featuring SFH Protein, Fit Aid, RxBars, and Apparel

HOW TO GET STARTED

We know that starting something new and/or making a lifestyle change can be scary,

so we want to make this experience as easy as possible for you. 

To get started, just Submit an Info Form below for a free trial session and we'll reach out to you ASAP! 

For your free trial session, let us know if you'd like to try a class or meet with one of our Coaches for a private 1 on 1. 

We want to get to know you & your goals, and more importantly, we want you to get to know us and our approach to health & fitness. 

During your trial session, we'll introduce you to our facility, our community, and answer any questions you have. 

If you'd like to try a workout we'd love for you to jump into a class - this is the best way to experience NoCoast!

Whether you’re experienced or new to working out, we can tailor each workout to your needs by modifying exercises

and reps and fully individualize your workout as needed.

NOCOAST ATHLETE OF THE MONTH

Steve has been a NoCoaster since Day 1! After 12 years, we still have a few of these OG’s left and are beyond grateful for their commitment, dedication and support to us and our community. Over the years, Steve has perfected a version of CrossFit that works best for him; he knows how hard to push on a daily basis, what modifications to use, and sprinkles in a bit of light hearted CrossFit comedy that allows him to keep coming back for more each day. 

 

We love and appreciate Steve and couldn’t imagine NoCoast without him! Thank you for the years of love and support - you are and always have been an integral part of our lives and community!
